Review: Bloody awful company. Worked for them at a school in Burscough. They were fantastic for the first 5 years, then everything changed.They always left us alone as we had a brilliant supervisor and we kept the school lovely and clean. Then we encountered hell. The company put in a bid for the whole Trust and won it because we were so efficient. Little did we know that the tender was put in with reduced hours but more cleaning 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬Needless to say four out of five of us left immediately.If you want a job with them think again, slave labour. They are ruthless. I worked at the school for fourteen years and never came across a company like them.All I can say is beware

Review: Worst company Iv ever worked for.Best thing to come out of it was being sacked. Communication is terrible. Appointments are not kept to. Don’t bother reading the handbook as they ‘don’t care’ what it says inside that, they make things up as they go along it seems. Advertise employees jobs before dismissing them. If you need a dbs then don’t bother even applying, they won’t sort that for you.You can be a good member of staff, always turning into work, changing hours to fit round things, covering but you will get no thanks for it. You’re literally just a number to this company.I’m not surprised they struggle to get staff!

Review: I was offered the cleaning job I said l could start Monday that was no problem but then I get a message on Monday saying he has to do a DBS ok no problemAnd then don’t hear from him at allWhat is that some joke or what? Review: This is my second time working for RCCN, its an excellent team and very supportive. Never had any payroll issues, always correct and on time and if any issues did occure I know that it will be resolved quickly. Senior management has an open door policy and love to see employees thrive and progress in the company. My role after returning has been Covid prevention and now heading up the Facilities Management working along side a prestigious convenience store company, delivering specialist cleaning including freezer floors and they have always been very satisfied with the quality of work

Review: Since I started working for this company back in September 2018 I had never done the role of Site Supervisor/Cleaning Supervisor. Since then I have built up confidence/experiences and most of all a lot of knowledge in my role. This company support you very well and will assist you with what ever you need. I have always experienced poor management from previous cleaning companies with lack of communication and direction. This company is far from that. They're very very supportive and use team effort, they will also include extra training when wanted and will give extra training to for-fill my roll as and when It's needed. I can honestly say I look forward to many more years with RCCN and most of all the school I'm sited at.
