Review: I had Sam install a brand new family bathroom which included traditional wooden panelling and a claw foot bath. As usual his work is outstanding and the end result massively exceeded my expectations. Sam ensures that any work he does is completely future proof coming up with solutions to problems I didn't even think of! (Such as new isolation valves hidden in the adjoining airing cupboard allowing me to completely isolate the water to the whole room). Sam treats your home like his own and prides himself on the quality of his work. This is the second bathroom Sam has installed and I'll be having him out again to do many more jobs in the house as we continue renovating it. I highly recommend Sam to anyone who wants a top quality tradesman that they can 110% trust. Thanks again Sam!

Review: We have no hesitation in recommending Sam and Niche Emporium. His work is first rate, with attention to detail that is rare to find. Sam helped with ordering of the bathroom components and even took care of replacements when some of the items arrived damaged.He takes care to cover carpets etc and leaves everything clean and tidy. Nothing was too much to make sure we were happy with the job – and we are extremely satisfied.

Review: The whole experience from quote to the completion of work to the final invoice was excellent. Sam is a consummate professional who prides himself on perfection. Despite encountering a number of challenges throughout the work, Sam tackled these head on with no fuss and the end result is outstanding. Review: From the moment Sam stepped in to our house to measure up and quote for a rip out and remodel of both our en-suite and house bathrooms we knew we were in safe hands. He showed us examples of previous bathroom work he had done and explained all the necessary pocesses that would be needed to get the finish we wanted. Sam provided us with a quote and then very kindly helped us all the way through the process of ordering all the necessary bathroom fixtures and fittings - we provided him with a spreadsheet of what we thought we needed and he confirmed/amended the list so that, in the end, we had all the correct items to enable him to carry out the work. From the day Sam (and his apprentice Connor) came in to our house to commence the work we knew we had made the right choice with Niche Emporium. Connor spent most of the first day covering all our carpets in a protective film whilst Sam put a protective covering on all the landing and stair case rails. The work progressed at a great rate of knots and Sam consulted with us on a regular daily basis to update what had been done, what would be done next and to ask our preferences on certain installations. Within less than 6 weeks we had en-suite and house bathroom completed to an excellent standard (both completely ripped out/internal walls rebuilt/extensive redirected pipework before the refit could commence). The quality and finish of the tiling is absolutely superb (we are so pleased we listened to Sam and picked the mid grey colour grout as opposed to the white we had thought would be best). Throughout the whole job Sam was the total professional and it was a pleasure to have both Sam and Connor in our house - both Captain Birdseye and myself cannot recommend Sam and Niche Emporium enough and we will without a doubt contact Sam should we need further work doing on our house.
