Review: I have been with NIC Service Group for 6 months as an Area Manager within the Sainsburys / Argos contract. Coming from a company where I had been for 10+ years I was very cautious due to some of the negative reviews. HOWEVER it was very quickly evident that these negative reviews were completely incorrect. The company is an excellent place for passionate and dedicated individuals that take pride in what they do. There are so many avenues of progression and different types of contracts you can get involved in and you always have a point of contact that is willing to support where possible.

Review: I have worked for NIC now for 2.5yrs. I have had my ups and downs over this time but overall I have enjoyed my time here. I have found that my line manager is always there at the end of the phone if I need him. Thank you Mark for all the support and understanding over the last 18mths or so. Also thank you for the support all my staff have shown me.Here's to the next 2.5yrs.I would like to add to this previous comment.The company have been so supportive during the period just after my mother passed. They sent me flowers and well wish messages which has ment a lot and made me feel a valued member of the NIC team.An extra special mention to my OM Mark Ellis who has been very supportive. He has been more like a friend than a boss during this very difficult time for me. Thank you.
