Review: Just had our bedroom fitted by Apple, and although we had one or two issues, Apple rectified the issues quickly and without any fuss or argument, so I would happily recommend them, and am happy to give them full 5 stars.

Review: Just had a complete bathroom fitted by Apple. Excellent service from start of the design to finished product. Started as expected end of November and complete in two weeks. Dave and his team from Kippax never let us down turned up everyday and got on with the job. We are very pleased with the finished product.

Review: Unfortunately I had to give a star where I wouldn’t of given any if had the choice!I am at my wits end! This company fitted a walk in shower, back in 2018 and we have NOTHING but leaks! We are more recently very lucky the kitchen ceiling hasn’t caved in!For the 2nd time water literally coming through the ceiling…. As Richard and his team have washed his hands of it I have sought a respectable and experienced plumber and he has been and tracked the leak! Result with no surprise was that the fitting is absolutely horrendous and not even coherent to any plumbing regulations or expectations !! Water has been leaking “forever” between the tiles and outside wall because the walls had not been prepared properly before tiling! Tiling was another issue as was the pipework. 3 independent plumbers to survey the mess and all 3 stated it was an absolutely “horrendous job” - that Apple have never resolved despite my complaints!I am absolutely disgusted that they feel it acceptable to leave such ongoing issues and not take responsibility for the tradesmen he employs!The hassle and stress this has caused us since it was fitted is unimaginable- and now it’s a huge job that has caused extensive damage due to escaping water!No other word than DISGUSTED!!!!! Hard earned money down the drain!!!
