Review: Nothing but praise for Formosa.We were looking to swap our en-suite for a full wetroom and after doing lots of research we shortlisted Formosa to pay a visit to.We initially met with Craig who was incredibly friendly and talked us through all the different options and how they work as a business. We agreed to a survey where Gavin came out. As small as it may seem, Gavin turned up on time as agreed and was quick to measure up.We later got a call and made an appointment to go in and view the plans. Unfortunately this didn’t quite go to plan for Formosa as it turned out that the laptop which had the plans on got sat on and broken but Gavin came in very early on the Saturday morning to recreate them ready for us - it would have been easy to reschedule but showed they cared.We were happy with the plans however it came in a little over budget. Craig explained that there were alternative products which would help bring the overall cost down without a compromise on quality. This helped us get it within budget so we agreed a date to start.A few days before work began Richard called and we discussed start times etc. Again come the Monday he turned up on time armed with carpet tape to keep things clean and tidy whilst he worked.Throughout the process he tidied up after each day (very much appreciated) and was quick to let us know if there were any issues. As with any project there were minor issues that could not have been identified during the survey (unless they were going to tear down walls). Richard provided alternatives and delivered a final product that we are over the moon with.Without a doubt we will return in the future for our additional bathrooms!

Review: Excellent service from start to finish. We're extremely happy with the results of our recent bathroom refit and would highly recommend Formosa. From the original design to completion, the service has been great.We had a number of quotes from different companies and, although Formosa weren't the cheapest, they were far from the most expensive. The difference between Formosa and all the others was they listened to everything we wanted and made it happen. We had a clear vision of how we wanted it to look and all the other companies either tried to talk us out of things or said it wasn't possible. Formosa listened to what we wanted, made suggestions along the way and the final results are amazing. Review: Very happy with our bathroom refit and would highly recommend Formosa. The whole team were great from start to finish.Gavin and Craig listened to what we wanted and made lots of helpful suggestions based on their extensive experience. We did look around and got other quotes, and whilst Formosa weren't the cheapest, they also weren't the most expensive.We did have a few changes of mind along the way, but the team were patient, not pushy and very helpful whenever we went back with potential alterations to the design & materials. Having finally settled on what we wanted, the bathroom was fitted by Richard, who did a fantastic job, making the odd suggestion along they way which improved the final look.It's been a few months since the renovation, and we have had no problems .. very happy!

Review: We had an outstanding experience from start to finish for the design and fitting of our new bathroom. Craig (Austin) was helpful in the design process, striking the right balance between accommodating our wishes and preventing us from making mistakes based on their extensive experience. The installation was faultless and on time causing minimal disruption and mess to the extent it was possible at times to forget Craig (Beckett) was even in the house. I suffered a serious illness just before the installation and they were very sympathetic and flexible in response. We would strongly recommend Formosa to our family and friends and will definitely use them for future projects.

Review: We have previously used Formosa to replace an en-suite shower room and recently our main house bathroom. On both occasions the service was exceptional. From design concept, fixtures and fitting selection, to final installation. Impeccable attention to detail was delivered throughout. The quality of the products and installation are superb. Alex (Fitter) was a pleasure to have in our home and has provided us with two beautiful bathrooms that we adour.
