Review: Bought a Wren kitchen this summer (2023) & was very lucky to deal with Ryan at Leeds Crown Point. Ryan was very cheerful & helpful (even after I'd forgotten our initial appointment) & understood exactly my requirements ie. a functional kitchen within a budget rather than a 'dream kitchen' as I'm often overseas & the house is then let out. My time-frame for getting house renovations completed was v tight & Wren kitchens excelled at getting it all delivered actually even earlier than originally scheduled. Overall I'm really happy with the whole process & can thoroughly recommend Ryan & Wren kitchens Leeds.

Review: We had an excellent experience with Wren in Leeds from beginning to end. It was very easy to book an appointment and Qasim came to visit us at home and design our new kitchen for us. He took lots of time to listen to what was important to us and make helpful suggestions. He then kept in touch with us throughout our building works to ensure our new kitchen was delivered at the right time. We also met up with him in the Crown Point store to sign the paperwork, ask more questions and have a look at everything in person. He was so helpful and everything ran so smoothly! Very impressed and pleased with how easy it all was.Service: Kitchen design

Review: My experience was one of the worst i really would not recommend this place avoid going here the designers in the showroom specific daniel was not helpful at all. They’re just trying to sell you a kitchen they do not care. Don’t be fooled by any good reviews you see on this place. Anything goes wrong wrens & other members of staff at showroom will defend the designers. Have heard many other awful reviews from own family members. Regret the day i walked in there with my partner.

Review: (Order 34132746) I had a great experience using Wren Kitchens. Simon Lawson at the Leeds store was excellent. I have a really awkward kitchen shape and his design was amazing and my kitchen now look WAY bigger than it did before. Simon spent hours on the design, I visited the shop several times to make revisions before placing the final order. The delivery was on time and no issues. Also the after care has been fantastic too! I would highly recommend Wrens.

Review: Wren is good at selling and all but after selling if there's anything you need no one helps it's a headache My designer told me if you need anything additional just contact me and I can sorted everything for you. I had to get furniture from another company to complete the kitchen wren told me if you need anything additional, contact your designer. I contacted my designer and it seems like a snowball, no response, I contacted wren more than 2 months and until now nothing. I'm not here to argue about the quality, but the treatment I hadMy designer told me that my kitchen will be with me in 2 a 3 weeks after order, and I waited more than a month, was almost 2 months, and say as well that the delivery time I can choose the delivery time AM or PM. I told him that is better for me on PMFor my surprise the week before the delivery I received a text that the delivery will be at AM, I contacted them and I say, I choose the PM slot, not AM slot, and they told me that I can’t choose the slot.Service: Kitchen design
