Review: First time using tile point & we can honestly say we wouldn’t go anywhere else! From the first Initial visit to delivery the guys were so accommodating & couldn’t do enough for us. We purchased everything for our bathroom such as bath/shower/toilet/sink/radiator including the Tiles we are so impressed it’s everything we could have wished for and more! Review: I cannot thank Fiona (Fi!) and Shaun enough for their help and support. They have provided more than excellent customer service. They have offered advice, support and guidance which I have found incredibly helpful. Purchasing tiles for a new bathroom can be very intimidating, as it is a significant investment and there is just so much choice out there. I had been to a couple of tile shops and was already feeling overwhelmed before walking in to Tiles UK Leeds. Fiona and Shaun took the time to listen to what I wanted and then pointed me in the right direction. They have been patient and accommodating at every opportunity and as a result I have made additional purchases from them. I cannot recommend Tiles UK Leeds highly enough. FIRST CLASS!!!

Review: Excellent customer service through and through. Fiona and the rest of the staff have been very helpful and attentive. Deciding the 'perfect' tile has been very stressful and with so many choices it can be overwhelming too; however this was all alleviated when we went to the store. We've been to the other tile stores and the choices have been limited and the service was mediocre, whereas Tiles UK had lots of choices (same stone and in different lengths) and customer service has been fantastic. Despite our tiles were delayed considerably, Fiona and staff have kept us updated all the way and relentlessly tried hard to speed up the process as they knew we had a tiler on standby to do the work. Thanks Tiles UK and all the help during a stressful time. Highly recommend them - lots of choices and fab customer service!!!

Review: Excellent customer service and great quality and price. Would recommend 100%.My husband and I walked in fed up and tired with a child each sleeping on our shoulders. We had been everywhere and we knew what we wanted for our bathroom tile. Straight away the sales guy told us to take a seat, we told him what we wanted and within a few mins he brought 4 different sample tiles and told us to take them home to decide. All 4 samples were exactly what we wanted. Great customer service.
