Review: Simon removes negative reviews. Unprofessional.Simon is one of the rudest people I have ever met. He visited my property to give a quote for fencing and gravelling. I asked him many questions and doubts about the materials and job specifications. He seemed irritable and not interested in answering my questions. It was as if Simon was doing me a favour by visiting to give a quote. Then he took measurement of the area with tape and I asked him how much the area was. At this point he snapped at me and told me, "That's it. I don't have time for your nonsense. If you want to waste time, waste others' time". Then he walked off the property shouting and making it a point to draw the attention of the neighbours. There was an icing on the cake from him. He shouted, "Don't call me back". I was shocked by such rude and unpleasant behaviour. At the same time I found it amusing that SImon thought I would call him back and beg hime to take my money. I am also genuinely baffled that this guy with temper tantrums has not received similar feedback here. In Simon's head, he seems to be the only person doing fencing in Yorkshire.I have never seen or heard of a more unprofessional behaviour. If he wants, I can post more proof of his uncouth behaviour with me.

Review: Simon & Tony recently replaced our fence. They were professional & friendly, and the workmanship was exemplary. They are coming back to erect a pergola in August. My wife & I would definitely recommend their services

Review: Employed Ossett Fencing through Roundwood Garden Services to replace old concrete fencing around the front and side of my property with concrete post & gravel boards and bow top featherboard fencing panels. Simon and his colleague did an excellent job, even working through the recent snow! They were very professional and really friendly and took all the old fencing away without the need for a skip.Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Review: we have been carrying out garden services for over 15 years now. when we first started up we used other fencing companys and were let down on delivery times which resulted in us having to alter our working day.This does not happen at ossett - fencing, we have been using ossett - fencing for the last 7 years and not once have we been messed around.Simon will always come in early in the morning or stay late to get my order ready.you just cant get that sort of dedication to customer service any where else in wakefield.Andy CrawshawRoundwood Garden Services / Wakefield Garden Service
