Review: Gobsmaked!Incredibly disappointed.I have never felt this shocked at the way I have been dealt with and spoken to in a sales process.For someone who has 40 years sales experience with kitchens (which I had been told 6 times throughout the process) I would have expected more design flair, more professionalism & ability to help coordinate what is a unique and quite stressful time for most.Instead I got a lassi-fair, obnoxious & incredibly rude attitude + a lack of appreciation for my project. Turning up an hour late for an appointment & then turning up without an appointment at all, is a basic customer service ethic.Fortunately i never got to the contract stage.

Review: Amazing place, lovely friendly staff. Spoke with Dave who sorted me out, nothing seemed too much hassle and was honest about the prices and how he came to the quote. Lovely quality units made on the premises so you can even see the quality. Definitely recommend a visit if you're looking for a kitchen.
